Opportunity Drawing Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor: This opportunity drawing is sponsored by Higher Purpose Foundation (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older at time of opportunity drawing to take possession of prize.
3. Entry & Deadline: Limited tickets will be awarded for drawing. A ticket will be given to a person who chooses to make any donation to Higher Purpose Foundation of any minimum donation of one hundred dollars. Select tickets also will be awarded to individuals on a randomized basis to attendees of Higher Purpose Events the remainder of the 2026 calendar year. Sponsor will announce the close of ticket availability before the drawing. Ticket holders will be eligible to win a prize at the end of calendar year 2026.
4. How to Enter: Choose to make any minimum donation to Higher Purpose Foundation and/or be present at Higher Purpose Foundation events during the remainder of the 2026 calendar year.
5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost tickets, nor is Sponsor responsible for any technical failures, or for any other failure to receive donations or deliver receipts.
6. Invalid or Returned Payments: Sponsor reserves the right to reject any improperly submitted donation. Sponsor will make a reasonable effort to notify any individual whose donation has been improperly submitted
7. Prize: One winner will be randomly selected and awarded a prize at the end of calendar year 2026. Prize will be a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan motorcycle. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Substitutions are not permitted.
8. Drawing: The opportunity drawing will be held by Sponsor before the end of calendar year 2026. The winner does not need to be present at any event to win. The odds of being awarded the prize are unknown as they depend on the number of eligible entries at the time of drawing.
9. Notification: The winner will be notified in person, or via phone and/or email within five business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, an alternate winner may be drawn.
10. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the prize. Winner is fully responsible for prize once transfer of ownership to prizewinner has been completed.
11. Charitable Purpose: All proceeds benefit Higher Purpose Foundation’s programs supporting underserved individuals and communities.
