John Webb has been dedicated to volunteer work and community service since 2002, beginning with coaching youth baseball and mentoring children. Growing up without a father and facing hardship, John turned his challenges into a lifelong commitment to give back and create positive change. In 2012, he joined his wife, Whitney, in building Operation ELF Sacramento, helping families, children, seniors, and veterans experience joy and support during the holidays and beyond.

When Operation ELF partnered with Higher Purpose – The Event Foundation in 2017, John played a key role in expanding outreach and deepening community impact. Today, as Treasurer, he brings both professional expertise and personal passion to the organization. By day, John works as a Special Inspector, but his heart remains in serving others. His life reflects a steadfast dedication to compassion, service, and uplifting those in need.
