Whitney Webb is the CEO of Higher Purpose-The Event Foundation and Founder of Operation ELF (Everyone Loves Families), in Sacramento CA. Higher Purpose-The Event Foundation is a nonprofit rooted in the belief that every family deserves to experience hope, joy, and community support. Her journey began in 2012 when she volunteered with Operation ELF in San Francisco and immediately fell in love with bringing the magic of Christmas to families in need.

After moving to Sacramento, Whitney saw the growing need for support and, while completing her Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Teaching, launched Operation ELF Sacramento. That first year, she and a small team served four families out of her garage. Through grassroots fundraising efforts—car washes, bake sales, garage sales, and community dinners—Operation ELF grew year by year, becoming a vital source of joy and relief for families during the holiday season.

In 2017, Whitney partnered with Ryan Fleenor of Higher Purpose – The Event Foundation, further expanding their reach to include families and seniors. Five years later, Ryan entrusted his nonprofit to Whitney, confident in her vision and dedication to serving children, seniors, veterans, and the broader community.

Today, Whitney leads a passionate team and dedicated board focused on making the world a better place through trauma-informed services and community-centered events. Higher Purpose-The Event Foundation now strives to host at least four impactful events each year, bringing hope, dignity, and joy to at-risk and underserved individuals.

Whitney considers it an honor and blessing to watch this mission grow and to stand alongside her team in building a legacy of love, compassion, and service.
